When there are hard times

Hard times in Japan and the Middle East obviously puts God on the pedestal. His love and mercy are doubted - only concluding that we're fooling ourselves. There is no God.

How heart-breaking. I'd like to think that I can convince anyone of you that there is a God. Where there is a day darkness, there is a day of the Lord. And it will come. A day when "He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away." (Revelation 21:4)

Jesus Christ came unto earth and lived a life as a human being. He KNOWS what pain and grief is like - He was hung on the cross for that. He KNOWS what betrayal is like - His own disciple turned him in for money! He KNOWS what loosing your loved is like - He wept when Lazarus was dead. (John 11)

Lay down your troubles before Him. He is more than just who people say He is or the lack of.

He is way bigger than your troubles. Why don't we just stop listening to the world for a minute, and listen to what God has to say. He is after all the creator of Heaven and Earth. Who knows best other than the creator Himself?

There will be a day of no more cries and darkness. This is the promise of the Lord that we just have to cling on as we watch our world come tumbling down.
